Protecting your personal data matters to me. Here I explain simply and precisely which data I process for what purpose, which service providers are involved and which rights you have.

I am the controller within the meaning of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
I only process personal data to the extent necessary to operate this website and to handle your enquiry. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR where a contract is being initiated or performed, and otherwise Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR: my legitimate interest in a secure and working website.
Data is not sold.
You write to me with the contact form. Today the form opens your email program with the text already written. The website stores nothing; the message reaches me through your email provider. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR, and for an enquiry without a contract Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.
Once the form sends the message through the server, Cloudflare Turnstile protects the sending from automated input. Your browser then transmits technical characteristics and your IP address to Cloudflare. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR, my interest in preventing misuse. The message is then delivered to my mailbox through the e-mail service Resend, which processes it as a processor under Art. 28 GDPR.
If you call me or write to me by WhatsApp or e-mail, I process your details to answer your enquiry and for possible follow-up questions. I do not pass them on without your consent. WhatsApp is a service of Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd.; once you open the link, its terms apply.
You book appointments in the Beautinda booking window. The window loads content from Beautinda only when you open it yourself, for example with “Book appointment”. Before that there is no connection to Beautinda. When you open it, your browser sends technically necessary data such as your IP address to Beautinda.

I do not collect any health data on this website myself. You give details about treatments only in the booking window.
The location map loads Google Maps only when you click “Load map”. Then your browser connects to Google (Google Ireland Limited, or Google LLC in the USA), which can receive your IP address and set cookies. The “Open in Google Maps” link leads there only when you click it.
The post preview from Instagram and TikTok loads only after you click “Show posts”. From then on the privacy terms of Meta (Instagram) or TikTok apply.
The legal basis for loading is your click as consent under Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR and § 25(1) TDDDG.
Prices, offers, frequently asked questions and photos on this website are managed in a content management system (Sanity). The pages are generated from them and delivered by Cloudflare; your browser does not fetch the texts from Sanity.
Some images are stored at Sanity. When you open a page, your browser loads them from Sanity's delivery network (cdn.sanity.io), and your IP address is sent to Sanity. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR, my interest in showing the content quickly and up to date.
Fonts and videos are delivered by this website itself. There is no connection to Google Fonts or to video portals.
This website itself sets no cookies. Once the form sends through the server, Cloudflare Turnstile sets technically necessary cookies for this (see contact form). Your browser also stores only: (a) your language choice under the key “lb-locale”, so that the language stays the same on your next visit; (b) files that allow the website to be installed as an app and to keep pages for faster loading. This data does not leave your browser.
The legal basis is § 25(2) No. 2 TDDDG: it is strictly necessary so that you can use the service you asked for.
This website is hosted by Cloudflare Pages (Cloudflare, Inc., 101 Townsend St., San Francisco, CA 94107, USA). When a page is requested, Cloudflare processes technically necessary data in server log files: the page requested, date and time, amount of data transferred, confirmation of successful retrieval, browser type and version, operating system, referrer URL and IP address. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR, my interest in delivering the website securely and quickly. Cloudflare is bound by contract as a processor. Transfers to the USA rely on the adequacy decision for the EU-US Data Privacy Framework, where Cloudflare is certified, and additionally on standard contractual clauses.
I delete enquiries without a contractual basis as soon as their purpose has lapsed, and at the latest after six months. Retention periods for commercial and tax records remain unaffected. Your language choice stays in your browser until you delete it.
You have the right to information about the data stored about you (Art. 15 GDPR), to rectification (Art. 16), to erasure (Art. 17), to restriction of processing (Art. 18), to data portability (Art. 20) and to object to processing (Art. 21).
You may also lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority, for example the State Commissioner for Data Protection and Freedom of Information of North Rhine-Westphalia.
For security reasons this website uses SSL or TLS encryption. You can recognise an encrypted connection by the address bar of your browser starting with “https://”.
